Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard: ~8-15 business days
Express: ~4-8 business days

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for scans to populate.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Delivery typically ranges ~10-15 business days. Customs inspections can add delays outside our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel arrives damaged, email us and we'll help open an investigation with the carrier.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You'll get a tracking email for each parcel.

PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military, or remote addresses. If that affects your order, we'll contact you for an alternative.

Holidays & Peak Season

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Q4) processing and transit times may be extended. Standard: ~10-20 business days. Express: ~8-12 business days.
